Connect Facebook with Ad Manager
Overview
Section titled “Overview”In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to connect your Facebook account with Stack’s Ad Manager. This involves subscribing to Ad Manager, linking your Facebook account, and selecting the appropriate Meta Ad account and Facebook page to manage your ad campaigns.
Subscribing to Ad Manager
Section titled “Subscribing to Ad Manager”To begin using Ad Manager, follow these steps to activate your subscription:
- Navigate to the Marketing section in your Stack account.
- Click on the Ad Manager tab.
- Select Activate Ad Manager to initiate your subscription.
Once you subscribe, the system will create a subscription linked to your payment method. This allows you to seamlessly manage and publish ad campaigns.
Note: The subscription is a monthly fee for using Ad Manager, while individual campaign costs are charged to the payment method linked to your Meta Ad account.
Connecting Facebook with Ad Manager
Section titled “Connecting Facebook with Ad Manager”After subscribing, the next step is to connect your Facebook account to start managing your campaigns.
Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Account
Section titled “Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Account”-
Click on the Connect Facebook button.

Enter your Facebook credentials and grant the necessary permissions to Stack.
Important: Ensure all permission toggles are enabled to provide full access to the Stack app, including access to your Business Manager.
Step 2: Select a Meta Ad Account
Section titled “Step 2: Select a Meta Ad Account”Once connected, you’ll see a dropdown list of Meta Ad accounts associated with your Business Manager. Choose an eligible account based on its status:
- Active: Fully operational and ready for ad creation.
- Unsettled: Requires billing resolution but can connect.
- Pending Risk Review: Under review but can connect.
- Pending Closure: Scheduled for closure but can connect.
Note: Accounts marked as Disabled or Closed cannot be connected.
Step 3: Choose a Facebook Page
Section titled “Step 3: Choose a Facebook Page”Select a Facebook page from the list of eligible pages associated with your Business Manager:
- Click Connect next to the page you wish to link.
- Once connected, you’re ready to create a campaign by clicking on Get Started.
Tip: To connect additional Facebook pages, visit Ad Manager settings > Pages tab and select Connect Facebook page(s).
