How to delete a contact and associated contact data

Deleting contacts in Stack is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to remove one or more contacts from your account. Please be aware that once contacts are deleted, they can only be restored within two months.

Steps to Delete Contacts

Step 1: Access Your Contacts

1. Navigate to your Account.
2. Click on Contacts in the menu.
3. Search for or select the contact(s) you wish to delete.

Step 2: Delete the Selected Contacts

1. Click on the Trashcan icon to initiate the deletion process.
2. A confirmation dialog will appear. To proceed, type DELETE in the provided text box.

Step 3: Monitor Deletion Status

• After initiating the deletion, you can check the progress and status of the bulk delete operation by visiting the Bulk Actions page.

Remember, once you delete a contact, you have a two-month window to restore it if needed.
