How to Switch Contacts and Use Custom Values in the Mobile App Calendar

You can now use custom values in the Custom Meeting Location field and switch contacts while scheduling a new appointment. These enhancements are designed to make managing your appointments smoother and more efficient.

Section titled “Switch Contacts During Appointment Scheduling”You now have the flexibility to change the contact while you’re in the process of scheduling a new appointment. This means if you need to adjust who the meeting is with, you can do so without starting over.
Custom Values for Meeting Locations
Section titled “Custom Values for Meeting Locations”The Custom Meeting Location field now supports custom values. This allows you to personalize meeting locations with specific details, making your scheduling process more tailored to your needs.
Improved Calendar Notes
Section titled “Improved Calendar Notes”Calendar notes have been enhanced to ensure you can view the entire text without any truncation. Simply tap on “View more” to see all the details you’ve added.
