You can add, edit, and update information such as name, phone number, email, owner details, tags, campaign associations, and Do Not Disturb (DnD) settings. This feature is your comprehensive tool for maintaining an up-to-date contact database while keeping track of ongoing conversations.
Appointments
Section titled “Appointments”Booking and managing appointments has never been easier. From the Right Panel, you can book new appointments, view upcoming and past ones, and even reschedule them—all without leaving the page. This feature helps you stay organized and on top of your schedule with minimal effort.
Opportunity

Within the Right Panel, you can create new opportunities, view all existing ones associated with a contact, and edit opportunity details in one centralized location.
