How to use Woocommerce Integration in E-commerce stores?
Overview
Section titled “Overview”With Stack, store owners can effortlessly integrate their WooCommerce store to import and synchronize data. This integration allows you to manage contacts, orders, and transactions directly within Stack. Additionally, you can enhance your store’s functionality by utilizing automation triggers like Order Submitted and Payment Received.
How to Use WooCommerce Integration
Section titled “How to Use WooCommerce Integration”Access Integration Settings
Section titled “Access Integration Settings”To get started with the WooCommerce integration in Stack:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Integration.
- Choose WooCommerce.
Connect Your WooCommerce Store
Section titled “Connect Your WooCommerce Store”- Click the Connect button to initiate the setup process.
- Enter your WooCommerce store URL (e.g.,
https://yourstore.comwithout a trailing slash) when prompted in the modal.
Select Data to Import
Section titled “Select Data to Import”- Proceed to the Import Elements screen.
- Choose the data you wish to import: Contacts, Orders, or Transactions.
Configure Syncing Settings
Section titled “Configure Syncing Settings”- Move to the Sync Settings screen.
- Decide which data you want to continuously sync in the future: Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Order Submitted Trigger, or Payment Received Trigger.
Complete the Setup
Section titled “Complete the Setup”- After selecting the elements for import and sync, click Save.
- The import and sync process may take a little time to complete.
Manage Your Settings
Section titled “Manage Your Settings”Once your WooCommerce store is connected, you can enable or disable the elements you wish to sync for future orders.
Reimporting Data
Section titled “Reimporting Data”If you need to reimport data, simply disconnect and reconnect the integration. This allows you to import any missed data during the initial setup.
Important Notes
Section titled “Important Notes”- Customer Types: Customers with roles “customers” and “subscribers” will be imported.
- Contact Creation: Even if contact sync is disabled, contacts will still be created for orders if order sync is enabled.
- Guest Checkout: Guest checkout customers will be created as contacts, but they won’t receive updates or future syncs.
- WooCommerce Status Mappings:
- Completed or Refunded in WooCommerce → Completed in Stack
- Cancelled or Failed in WooCommerce → Cancelled in Stack
- All other statuses in WooCommerce → Pending in Stack
Triggers & Automations
Section titled “Triggers & Automations”Order Submitted Trigger
Section titled “Order Submitted Trigger”You can set up an Order Submitted trigger for WooCommerce orders by searching for “Order Submitted” in the workflow trigger list.
Payment Received Trigger
Section titled “Payment Received Trigger”Similarly, a Payment Received trigger can be configured by searching for “Payment Received” in the workflow trigger list.
