These cards bring the action directly to you, allowing you to respond, edit, and manage opportunities, appointments, contact preferences, and invoices—all from one place. This results in a more streamlined, efficient, and effortless user experience.

Opportunities

Whenever a new opportunity is created, updated, or deleted, an activity card will appear. This ensures you’re always aware of potential leads from the very start. Simply click on ‘View Opportunity’ within the card to dive in and make real-time changes without leaving your current view.

Appointments

Stay informed about your schedule with activity cards for appointments. Whether an appointment is created, rescheduled, or canceled, you’ll receive a notification in the conversation panel. Click ‘View Appointment’ within the card to easily edit appointment details while staying engaged in your conversation.

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Get immediate notifications when a contact is marked as “Do Not Disturb” or removed from the DND list. These cards keep you informed about current contact preferences, ensuring clarity in your communications.

Invoices

Activity cards also keep you updated on invoice activities. Whether an invoice is sent or a payment is received, you’ll get a notification. Click ‘View Invoice’ to open a new tab and explore the detailed invoice information seamlessly.
