Email Delivery Method Breakdown

Section titled “Send Now”The “Send Now” option allows you to deliver an email campaign immediately to your audience. The delivery is based on the location’s time zone, ensuring timely communication.
Schedule
Section titled “Schedule”With the “Schedule” method, you can plan your email campaign to be sent at a specific time and date. This feature also adheres to the location’s time zone, providing precise delivery.
Batch Schedule
Section titled “Batch Schedule”The “Batch Schedule” method enables you to send your email campaign in segments. For instance, if you have 1000 contacts and set a batch size of 100, the campaign will be sent in 10 batches. This approach helps manage large audiences efficiently.
RSS Schedule
Section titled “RSS Schedule”The “RSS Schedule” allows you to integrate RSS feed elements into your email campaign. It automatically sends updates, such as new blog posts or product announcements, at a scheduled time and date, aligned with the location’s time zone.

Section titled “Additional Notes”- Edit Capabilities: For scheduled and batch emails, you can adjust the delivery time and date up to one hour before the scheduled send. Additionally, during a batch schedule, you can modify the email content while the batches are being sent.
