Give community groups access via Contacts
Welcome to Stack’s new feature that lets you manage Community Groups and Course Offers directly from the Contacts section in your Client Portal. This integration makes it easier for you to organize contacts, manage offers, and handle password resets, enhancing your overall experience.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”1. Seamless Offer Assignment
Section titled “1. Seamless Offer Assignment”Effortlessly assign offers like Courses or Community Groups to any contact directly from the Contacts page. This feature streamlines managing deals, promotions, or course enrollments, saving you time and improving your workflow.
2. Simplified Group Management
Section titled “2. Simplified Group Management”Easily organize your contacts by adding them to relevant Community Groups from the Contacts page. This allows you to efficiently segment audiences for targeted campaigns or manage community groups from one centralized location.
3. User Password Management
Section titled “3. User Password Management”Manage passwords directly from the Contacts page. You can:
- Set a new password for a contact.
- Send a password reset link to the user, facilitating quick and secure account recovery.
How It Works: Step-by-Step Guide
Section titled “How It Works: Step-by-Step Guide”1. Navigating to Contacts
Section titled “1. Navigating to Contacts”- Access the Contacts section within your Client Portal.
- Select the contact you wish to manage.
2. Viewing Client Portal or Courses
Section titled “2. Viewing Client Portal or Courses”- Depending on your location’s configuration:
- If Courses are enabled, the Courses section will appear.
- If the Client Portal is enabled, you’ll see the Client Portal section, which includes Community Groups.
3. Assigning Offers
Section titled “3. Assigning Offers”- After selecting a contact, you’ll have options to assign offers (Courses or Community Groups).
- Choose the offers you want to assign from the available list and confirm your selections.
4. Managing Groups
Section titled “4. Managing Groups”- Use the Community Groups option to add the selected contact to the appropriate groups.
- This feature simplifies managing contacts across different community categories for purposes like targeted campaigns or group-specific notifications.
5. Managing Passwords
Section titled “5. Managing Passwords”- From the Contacts page, you can:
- Set a new password: Directly update the contact’s password.
- Send a reset password link: Email a reset password link to the user for secure password resetting.
Additional Notes
Section titled “Additional Notes”- If Courses are enabled, the Courses section will replace the Client Portal on the Contacts page.
- If the Client Portal is enabled, the Contacts page will display the Client Portal section, including community groups for easier management.
- Contacts assigned to groups will bypass additional joining questions or payment requirements, granting them direct access to the groups.
