Conversation AI: Audit, Review, and Edit Crawled Website Data

What’s New?

We are excited to introduce a new feature in Stack that streamlines the process of reviewing and editing data scraped from websites during Bot Training. This enhancement helps you gain a clearer understanding of the collected information and allows you to effortlessly make any necessary adjustments.

How It Works

1. Access Bot Training:

   • Navigate to the Bot Training tab in your Stack account.

2. Review Scraped Data:

   • In the Uploaded Links table, locate the document icon next to each website URL.
   • Click the document icon to open a modal window displaying all the content scraped from the selected website.

3. Edit the Data:

   • Within the modal, you can directly edit the information in the text box to update or correct any data.
   • Once you’ve made your changes, save your edits.

4. Retrain the Bot:

   • After saving, the Bot will automatically retrain using the updated content.
   • Any data that has been modified will be tagged as “Edited” to indicate changes made after the initial crawl.

Important Note

• If you refresh the edited website, the content will revert to the original data pulled from the site. Be sure to save any changes you wish to keep.
