Cloning Certificate Templates Across Locations

Cloning certificate templates in Stack makes it easy to replicate and reuse your designs across different locations. This feature allows you to clone templates to up to three locations at once, ensuring all elements are seamlessly transferred.

How to Clone a Certificate Template

Step 1: Navigate to Certificates

1. Go to Memberships > Certificates in your Stack account.

Step 2: Initiate Cloning

1. Find the template you wish to clone.
2. Click on the three-dots (⋮) next to the template.
3. Select Clone from the menu.

Step 3: Configure Cloning Settings

1. Edit the Template Name: If necessary, update the template name for clarity.
2. Select Locations: Choose up to three locations where you want to clone the template.

Step 4: Complete the Process

1. Confirm your selections.
2. The system will replicate the template, including all media files, configurations, and version history.

Note: You can also clone a certificate template within the same location if needed.
