SMS Templates (Snippets) - Overview

Effortlessly manage your communication by creating and saving templates for emails and SMS in Stack. This feature helps maintain consistency across your marketing efforts, saving you time and ensuring your messages are always on brand.

SMS Templates

To manage your SMS templates in Stack:

1. Navigate to Conversations in your account.
2. Click on Templates.
3. Here, you can create new templates, edit existing ones, or delete any templates you no longer need.

Email Templates

For managing your email templates:

1. Go to Marketing in your account.
2. Click on Templates.
3. Within this section, you can create, edit, or delete your email templates. You can also manage your SMS templates from here.

Using Templates

Once your templates are set up, you can seamlessly integrate them into various parts of Stack, such as conversations, triggers, campaigns, and workflows. This ensures that your messaging is consistent and efficient across all communication channels.
