Shopping Cart Mode in One and Two-step Order forms (V2 Funnels only)
With Stack’s Shopping Cart Mode, your customers can select multiple quantities of items from your order form, making it easy to gather everything they need before entering their payment details.
What’s New in the Order Form?
Section titled “What’s New in the Order Form?”- Multiple Quantities: Customers can purchase multiple quantities of any item in a single order.
- Cart Mode: Allows the purchase of multiple items and quantities from a single order form.
- Product Descriptions: You can toggle product descriptions on or off in the funnel builder.
- Multi-Product Select: Switch between single and multiple-item purchases directly from the funnel builder.
- Max Quantity Setting: Set a maximum quantity per order ranging from 1 to 999 on the funnel product page.
Setting Up Product and Price Descriptions
Section titled “Setting Up Product and Price Descriptions”When you offer subscription products, the payment details are broken down into setup fees, trial periods, and recurring payments. The Product Description explains this breakdown, including trial days, and is automatically populated when the option is enabled.
Selling Multiple Items
Section titled “Selling Multiple Items”To enable the sale of multiple products in one order, activate Cart Mode:
- Go to the funnel builder.
- Add an Order Form element and select it.
- In the left menu, click on the advanced tab.
- Scroll to Main Product Options and enable Cart Mode.
Disabling Product Descriptions
Section titled “Disabling Product Descriptions”To turn off product descriptions for subscription products:
- Open the funnel builder.
- Select the Order Form element.
- In the left menu, click on the advanced tab.
- Scroll to Main Product Options and disable Product Description.
Selling Multiple Quantities of Items
Section titled “Selling Multiple Quantities of Items”To allow multiple quantities for a product:
- Navigate to the specific funnel step with the order form.
- Click on the Products tab.
- Edit the product you want to enable for multiple quantities.
- Expand the additional options and toggle Allow multiple quantities to be purchased to ON.
- Set the Maximum units per order up to 999 and click Save.
When a customer selects a quantity greater than 10, they can manually enter the desired amount.
Understanding Funnel Stats
Section titled “Understanding Funnel Stats”- Quantity at Funnel Step Level: Displays the total quantity of all products purchased at that step.
- Quantity at Product Level: Shows the total quantity of a specific product sold.
- Average Cart Value: Calculated as the total amount divided by the total number of orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Can I Sell Multiple Quantities of Bump Products?
Section titled “Can I Sell Multiple Quantities of Bump Products?”Currently, selling multiple quantities of bump products is not supported.
Does PayPal Support Multiple Quantities?
Section titled “Does PayPal Support Multiple Quantities?”PayPal supports multiple quantities for single payment items and single-quantity recurring payment items but not for multiple quantities of recurring payment items.
Order Confirmation and Summary Changes
Section titled “Order Confirmation and Summary Changes”- Order Confirmation: Now includes a quantity column. Existing products will display a quantity of 1 until multiple quantities are enabled.
- Order Summary: Reflects quantities based on the items selected.
Impact on Orders and Transactions
Section titled “Impact on Orders and Transactions”Orders will display the main product, bump product with quantities, and any upsell as separate entries. Viewing any order will show detailed quantity information.
