Selling products on order forms with available payment providers

You can sell both one-time and recurring products using 1-step and 2-step order forms in Stack’s Funnels version 2. All new funnels and websites are created using this version. This guide will walk you through the options for selling products on order forms and highlight some important considerations for designing your checkout flow.

Available Payment Providers

Stack supports multiple payment providers for processing transactions on order forms:

• Stripe
• Authorize.net
• NMI
• PayPal
• Square
• Custom Payment Providers (Available from the Marketplace)

Options to Sell on Order Forms

When setting up your order forms in Stack, you have several product options:

• Main/Primary Products: This is the core product you are selling.
• Bump Products: These are additional options that customers can select while purchasing the main product.
• Upsells: After a customer completes a purchase, you can offer additional products or services with a simple click.

Important Considerations

• Apple Pay and Google Pay: These are supported only through Stripe. To enable Apple Pay, toggle the option on the Stripe connection card under Payments > Integrations. Google Pay will automatically appear if applicable in the buyer’s country and if Stripe is connected.

• Recurring Products: You cannot sell different recurring products in a single checkout with any payment provider. Consider using upsells to offer multiple recurring products in one flow.

• PayPal Limitations: PayPal does not support purchasing bump products alongside a recurring product.

• Recurring Product Settings: Configure setup fees, trial periods, and the number of payments when creating a recurring product under Payments > Products. These settings apply automatically at purchase.

• Order and Subscription Tracking: View all submitted orders under Payments > Orders and manage subscriptions under Payments > Subscriptions. Refunds can be handled in the Transactions table.

• Trial Periods: If a product includes a trial period with no setup fee, no charges will be applied during the order process, and the amount will display as ‘0’. Charges occur when the trial period ends.

When using PayPortal, you can select from various payment methods, including:
